WHO ARE WE?

We are a Christian leadership organization whose purpose is to raise the quality of life of people who use our services. In particular, people who manage to find meaning and fulfillment in what they are and what they do. Our proposal is aimed at training people as a result of achieving full self, pursue the common good and become multipliers of this change. 

VISION 
In 2020, Alpha and Omega International Student Association will be recognized worldwide as a leader in the transformation of society, exercising their duties with excellence, distinguished by the quality of its services, its high level of commitment and comprehensive training of change agents.

MISSION
Alpha and Omega International Student Association is an organization with global reach, that through innovative treatment programs and comprehensive way impacts the individual; men and women as agents of change that contribute to the development of their personal, family, school and work areas.

QUALITY POLICY 
Alpha and Omega International Student Association is committed to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and the integral growth of the human being. Founding our work through social programs training programs focused on designing and executing campaigns, in order to satisfy our users and thus promote their development in personal, family, school and work areas.

OUR PROPOSAL
Integral Treatment
Aware that the social situation of our country is directly related to the identity crisis, we seek to raise awareness to companies, school, organizations and governments of the need to work on the integrality of the being; based on the development of skills in all areas.

We provide tools that complement and develop the contributions of Intelligence emotional (IQ) Emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) as a model to aims integral develop among women and men. This integral development will lead human beings to discover a sense of who they are and what they can do.

The added value of our organization to this spectrum of initiatives is based on a methodology that starts in knowing the individual and his/her impact on society. Based on the integrity of human being, not only the promotions of values, we start with the personal knowledge of oneself, then personal management, later a great commitment with society and finally a develop human being.

Areas of Work

 

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE LEVEL
Youth is considered as its nature with great conflict and difficulty. Youth people are in search of independence, something to identify with and in such a journey find refuge on harmful dependency that affect the integral development.

Youth people look to be listened, guided and accompanied in the process to learn how to make decision and find what he/she really want in life that give them the maximum satisfaction of their lives.

ORGANIZATIONS LEVEL
To offer a workspace that will facilitate the personal development of appropriate attitudes and skills to develop in an organization. On the other hand, to offer a job with the business team in order to develop effective strategies for achieving the targets proposed in the organization based on values such as: cooperation, leadership, honesty, freedom, responsibility, respect, tolerance, friendship, among others. All this will facilitate teamwork as a key strategy to achieve the goals at the corporate level.

FAMILY LEVEL
Among families there is the opportunity to learn the basic conduct in life. The ability of a person to overcome daily scenarios depends directly of his/her family. This is why our challenge is to make awareness and provide tools that promote family unity, communications and better relations among family members.

WOMEN AND TRUE BEAUTY LEVEL
Women performance in today's society is not easy and their input to society is great. Women professional development has been a challenge with high obstacles in their journey. Many sacrifices have been made by them to accomplish what they want. Two of women realizations are to live and give love that's why they transmit beauty. These courses are given with a beauty counseling by specialist in health and beauty areas.
