What does art mean to you?
Art is a means of expression.
What made you curious to try art for the first time when you did?
I got very serious about art when I knew that my sister was better than i was in drawing therefore i had to challenge her abilities with mine so it went from there.
How do you think society views artists and the arts? Why?
It depends what society you ask?
What's more important to your artwork, technical skill or conceptual ideas
Both are equally important.
How do you define art? What makes an artist?
An artist is a passionate person with a unique sense of being that produces some extension of himself.
What's it like knowing there hasn't been a consistent art club for 6 years?
Mind boggling.
What are your hopes and goals for CAKE?
I hope we can have some quality spent time that fuels people towards art.
What is your art style?
Abstract expressionism.
If you could master any medium or art style what would it be?
Sculpture/Metal Work
